About
A small Hong Kong practice for post-event clarity
Desktop Bloomhub works with festival teams, association secretariats, and venue marketers who already collect attendance data — and need someone to turn those exports into a readable story.
Origin
The studio grew out of repeated late-night board packs in Tsim Sha Tsui East: registration totals without context, session ranks without capacity, and sponsor questions that charts could not answer. We formed Desktop Bloomhub to give organisers a calmer path from raw logs to a shared briefing.
How we work with clients
We stay close to the floor memory of your stewards and volunteers. Numbers that contradict what people saw on site are treated as a coverage problem, not a marketing opportunity. Annotations sit on the charts themselves so later readers inherit the same caveats.
Values in practice
- Name gaps instead of inventing minutes.
- Prefer one strong page over twenty undecided slides.
- Brief the people who must decide, not only the people who enjoy charts.
- Keep delivery human: an analyst you can reach, not an impersonal login.
Where we meet
Preparation is remote. Briefings happen by video or in person near Peninsula Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong. We work across Hong Kong programmes and occasional regional congresses when source access is clear.
