These terms govern access to desktop-bloomhub.click and engagements with Desktop Bloomhub. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to them. Governing law is the law of Hong Kong.

Acceptance

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site or request services. Written statements of work for a named event prevail over marketing copy on this site where they conflict.

Services described

Pages describe informational offerings for event performance dashboards, attendee behaviour analysis, briefings, and comparison reviews. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing and any deposit terms are met.

Intellectual property

Site content, visual design, and our chart templates remain the property of Desktop Bloomhub. Deliverables prepared for a client under a paid engagement are licensed to that client for internal and sponsor reporting related to the named event, unless a statement of work grants broader rights. You may not republish our templates as your own product.

Client materials

You warrant that registration exports, badge logs, and related files you supply may lawfully be shared with us for analysis. You remain responsible for privacy notices to your attendees.

Liability

Dashboards and briefings support decisions; they do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as sponsor renewals or attendance growth. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Desktop Bloomhub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse forms. We may suspend access that harms the service or other visitors.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
