Data we collect

From contact forms and email: name, email address, engagement interest, optional briefing window, and the content of your message. From server or hosting logs: technical metadata such as IP address and browser type. From cookies: preferences described on our cookies page.

Purposes

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, deliver contracted event performance dashboard and analysis work, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Hong Kong.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal duty. Project files for paid work are retained for up to five years for audit and continuity, then deleted or anonymised where practicable.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Event attendee datasets you supply for analysis remain under your control as controller; we act as a processor for those materials under the statement of work.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate to the transfer, such as contractual safeguards, and will describe material transfers on request.

Your rights

Children

Our services are directed to organisational clients, not to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors through this site.
