How we work

A measured path from sample files to a shared briefing

This page shows how a typical Event Performance Dashboard Engagement moves from first call to decision list. Behaviour studies and comparison reviews follow the same discipline with different deliverables.

Small team reviewing notes together at a table
  1. Name the decision

We ask what the dashboard must settle: room allocation for next year, sponsor renewal language, or a programme cut. Vague “insight” goals are rewritten into a decision the charts can support.

  2. Inspect the sources

You send sample registration exports, check-in logs, and any session or zone trackers. We list coverage gaps — offline readers, VIP exemptions, missing session IDs — before drafting begins.

  3. Draft the views

Attendance curves, session ranks with capacity, and zone summaries appear in a draft pack. You comment once; we revise for clarity and annotation, not for decorative density.

  4. Brief and leave a decision list

A sixty-minute briefing walks stakeholders through the pack. You leave with a one-page list of actions, owners, and open questions — not a pile of unclaimed charts.
