Scope
One named event with up to three data sources (registration export, badge scans or check-in logs, and a session or zone tracker). Delivery covers cleaning, chart design, annotation, and a one-hour briefing.

Who delivers it
Led by a Desktop Bloomhub analyst based in Tsim Sha Tsui East, with a second reviewer for chart accuracy.
Process
- Discovery call to name the event, audiences, and decision the dashboard must support
- Source checklist and sample file review
- Draft dashboard shared for comment
- Final pack and briefing within the agreed window after last data arrives
Timeline
Typically ten to fourteen working days from confirmed sources to briefing; rush windows available when the board date is fixed.
Location & delivery
Remote preparation with an in-person or video briefing. Working sessions at Peninsula Centre by appointment.
What to prepare
Provide registration exports, check-in logs, and any session tracker files in CSV or spreadsheet form. Flag known gaps (walk-ins, VIP lists) early.
Constraints we will name openly
We work from exports you control. Incomplete badge coverage or missing session IDs will be noted on the dashboard rather than estimated away.
Pricing basis
Quoted per event from HKD 18,000 depending on source count and briefing language needs.
